Easy Nutball Recipe (Raw, Vegan, Glutenfree)

Ingredients:

  • Dried Dates
  • Nuts of your choice
    *Almonds
    *Brazil Nuts
    *Walnuts
    *Sunflower Seeds
    *Cashews
    *etc.
  • Vanilla Bean Powder
  • Optional:
    Salt
    Pepper
    Shredded Coconut

Preparation:

  • Soak the dried dates overnight (or at least a few hours) in water. After soaking, get rid of the water and rinse the dates.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well until you have a paste. You’ll want to turn off the processor every minute or so and use a spoon to scrape down the sides before continuing, allowing it all to blend together well.
  • If needed, you can add a dash (and I really mean just a little bit) of water to make the consistency a little more creamy, but it’s not necessary
  • Roll spoon-sized clumps of the paste into balls with your hands and you‘re done!

This is a TOTALLY free-form recipe, so experiment with nuts, flavors, spices and amounts!
